On September 22, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., the Phra Khanong Civil Court mediated a civil dispute, Case No. 30/25668, between Ms. Natcha Chunha, plaintiff, and Inofina Company Limited, defendant, regarding the revocation of the shareholders' meeting resolution.
